Chapel Plaster Restoration

The City of Villa Rica Development Services Department is seeking sealed bids for the restoration of the interior plaster walls. This work will be performed at 206 North Avenue, Villa Rica, Ga 30180. All bids must be received no later than 10am on Friday, September 25th. There is a mandatory site visit that shall be scheduled prior to acceptance of any bid. There has been environmental testing done that resulted in no hazardous material in the plastered walls. The building suffered water intrusion for many years causing damage to the plaster walls and base board. City staff will remove all base board prior to plaster work commencing. There are a few areas where the plaster is loose with potential for detachment from wall. There are also areas where plaster has been completed removed.
