(1) Vendor needs to provide professional fireworks display services. – Provide professional fireworks display services for the city's annual New Year’s Eve celebration.– Design and execute a professional aerial fireworks display for the city annual New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31.– Display is expected to begin at 8:00 p.m. and shall last a minimum of thirty minutes.– Display shall include a variety of aerial shells, colors, patterns, effects, and other pyrotechnic elements and shall conclude with a substantial finale.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
