Vendor needs to provide access control system maintenance, repair and installation services to the government authority located in Beckley, WV. – To provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, programming, installation, and related support services for the district’s electronic access control systems.– Service provider will be responsible for helping county Schools maintain the functionality, security, reliability, and proper installation of doors and equipment with access control capabilities throughout the county.– Services may be required at any county Schools facility, including schools, administrative buildings, maintenance facilities, transportation facilities, athletic facilities, storage facilities, and other district–owned or operated locations.• Responding to access control service tickets; • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance; • Troubleshooting access control equipment and systems; • Repairing or replacing failed components; • Programming and configuring system components; • Installing access control systems in new or existing locations; • Maintaining system documentation; • Providing technical consultation and recommendations; • Coordinating with Raleigh County Schools personnel, electricians, vendors, and other contractors; • Performing other related access control services requested by county Schools.
