(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consulting services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.• Provide monthly claims data and analysis, including claims history, claims/costs forecasting and “deep dive” into cost driver information.• Advise human resources staff regarding benefits issues, including compliance with applicable health care reform requirements.• Attend and provide education for employee benefits committee at meetings regarding industry trends, claims and cost analysis, and plan design recommendations and related cost/benefit analysis.• Data mine claims to identify trends and opportunities for interventions.• Revise and assist in implementation of one year with, four one–year renewal year strategic healthcare plan.• Wellness plan design, recommendations and implementation support• Advise human resources staff on implementation of strategies to drive employee/dependent benefit cost awareness and consumer drive health care decision making.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
