(1) Vendor needs to provide acoustic data analysis service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Advance methodologies for analyzing passive bat acoustic monitoring data, specifically for estimating species occurrence and relative abundance at un–surveyed locations and assessing their associations with meaningful environmental predictors.• Develop a new approach to model spatial dependence in species occupancy and relative activity.• Expand this model to include a species classifier that analyzes call characteristic data directly instead of species labels from machine learning algorithms;• Create computationally efficient algorithms and code for fitting this new model;• Explore manual vetting data from multiple observers and consider how they could be incorporated into this new framework.
