(1) Vendor needs to provide sound study service to the government authority located in Hutto, TX. – Review of Existing Conditions:• Review of existing conditions shall include a comprehensive analysis of the current city of unified development code to include existing zoning districts, noise regulations and development standards applicable to industrial development.– Evaluation of Common Data Center Construction Types;• Evaluation of common data center construction types shall present an analysis of operational characteristics and expected acoustic performance of the three most common forms of data center construction.– Evaluation of Onsite Mechanical Systems:• Evaluation of the noise, vibration, and heat island produced by most common cooling technologies utilized in the types of data centers identified herein analyzed and predicted at various residential setback distances.– Comparative Analysis and Mitigation Measures:• Analysis and comparison of the sample data obtained.– Area Sample Data Inventory and Analysis:• Collection and evaluation of sample task three data for area data centers that differentiate by data. Center construction type and measure, as applicable, data during continuous operations, intermittent operations, peak operational periods, and emergency operation periods.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
