(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic equipment assessment service to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC. – Conduct a comprehensive assessment of athletic equipment across all middle and high schools. • Equipment and assets to be assessed:– Scoreboards (gyms, stadiums, softball, baseball)– Washers and dryers– Ice machines– Field maintenance equipment (mowers)– Track & field equipment (high jump systems, pole vault systems, discus cages)– Game equipment (soccer goals, lacrosse goals, football uprights)– Sideline equipment (benches, bleachers)– Sport–specific equipment (wrestling mats, volleyball standards)• Assessment components:1. Equipment and asset evaluation:– Condition and age of athletic equipment– Functionality and safety of equipment– Compliance with current safety standards and manufacturer recommendations– Remaining useful life of each asset– Repairability versus replacement considerations– Identification of obsolete or unsupported equipment2.
