(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based new computerized maintenance management system.• An actively supported, user–friendly computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)that will increase reliability, functionality, integration, management, and accessibility while including the functionality present in the existing CMMS.• Experience no loss in current functionality• Increase functionality to align with our business practices• Opportunities to stay current with future technologies over time• Ensure timely system updates and software fixes• Ensure all data is migrated from existing CMMS databases and external files• Utilize current version out–of–the–box functionality as much as possible• Allow front–end configurability by in–house administrators• Train users on proper use of the CMMS• Provide accessibility and functionality on both computer and mobile device• Protect and store software data in a secure platform accessible(2) The contract period will be for five years.
