CONS-22196 - USA (St. Croix, Virgin Islands) - Property Repairs and Improvements Service - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property repairs and improvements service to the government authority located in St. Croix, VI.• The project consists of repairs, demolition, replacement, installation, and evaluationof structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and exterior site elements necessaryto restore the property to a safe and compliant condition.• Work includes door and window repairs, demolition of existing non–compliant structures, flooringreplacement, stair reconstruction, electrical and plumbing repairs, drainage improvements, exterior concrete work, fencing repairs and replacement, utility room door installation, and all related site improvements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026
