(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities naming rights and sponsorship services.– Provide meaningful community benefit, generate sustainable support for public facilities and programs, and offer appropriate recognition and visibility to sponsoring organizations.– Sponsorship framework:– Proposed sponsorship amount, capital contribution, in–kind contribution, or combination of support.– Proposed contract term, including any requested renewal or extension options.– Exact facility or facilities included in the proposal.– Proposed public–facing name of the sponsored facility, if naming rights are requested.– Proposed signage locations, dimensions, materials, installation method, and responsibility for design, fabrication, installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and removal.– Any requested logo placement, digital recognition, event recognition, hospitality, promotional activation, exclusivity, category protection, or other sponsor benefits.– Naming and recognition standards:– All naming rights remain subject to approval by the agency and execution of a written agreement.– Agency may require the geographic or functional identity of a facility to remain part of the public–facing name or signage for wayfinding and public clarity.– Naming recognition does not convey ownership, control, management authority, or any property interest in the facility.– All signs, graphics, displays, and promotional materials placed on agency property must be approved by the agency before production or installation.– Sponsorship recognition must be appropriate for a public, family–oriented environment and consistent with applicable law and agency policy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
