EXTRA-78102 - USA (Clackamas, Oregon) - Fitness Evaluations Conducted Services for the Rapid Forensic Assessment Program - Deadline November 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fitness evaluations conducted services for the rapid forensic assessment program to a client’s fitness to proceed, through forensic psychological evaluations for individualswith serious and persistent mental illness who are in–custody to the government authority located in Clackamas, OR.– Evaluations must be completed at County Jaili. At least one (1) evaluation per week must be cell–side, or within the attorney visiting area if the referral is able and willing to participate.ii. If contractor would like to utilize telehealth services for the second evaluation, contractor must have the appropriate telehealth set up to meet all legal requirements.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
