Vendor needs to provide inmate pharmaceutical services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– Fulfilment and delivery of medication to Inmates within 24 hours of receiving valid orders for medically necessary prescription or non–prescription drugs– Development and implementation of procedures to ensure prompt delivery of medications in the dosage, form, and timeframe prescribed by the medical services provider– In–service training for both the contractor's personnel and those employed by the Medical Services Provider as need for compliance, safety, and efficient operations.– Implement and utilize an electronic medication ordering system equipped with a back–up system for the ordering of all medications– Maintain complete and accurate automated pharmacy and prescription records of all Inmates, including the ability to monitor all Inmate medication profiles and pharmacy records.
