ITQ #26105 - 2026 North CBD Cycle Pruning

This project involves pruning and crown cleaning for up to 168 street trees and removing up to 11 within the northern Bellevue CBD Right-of-Way. Nine trees require only limited dead-wood pruning. Work is time-and-materials with a not-to-exceed limit, and all pruning must follow ISA ANSI A300 and ANSI Z133.1 standards under the supervision of an ISA Certified Arborist, with at least one arborist on-site at all times. Traffic control is required. The City will provide the ROW permit and draft traffic control plans, but the contractor is responsible for all traffic control needed to meet final permit requirements, including any adjustments by the ROW Inspector or needs for Uniformed Police Officers.
