The Harkin’s House, a Juvenile residential facility, is seeking to upgrade their existing roofing system, and access to the roof. The existing 23 year old built-up roof system will be replaced with a single ply TPO and the 3 large skylights will be resealed. Additionally, the existing roof access ladders will be reconfigured for safety, and fall protection measures added for safely accessing the roof.
