(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering design support service to the government authority located in Somers, NY.                             – For the new boilers and air handling units including plans and complete book specifications suitable.– Provide new controls to integrate the new boiler systems and air handling units into the building management system.– A new sequence of operations specification section shall be provided to detail the operation procedures of the new systems.– A new building management system should be installed to accommodate the new HVAC systems.– Provide Filing Documents consisting of signed and sealed drawings suitable for filing for the contractor to obtain a permit for the installation of the new systems.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.
