(1) Vendor needs to provide sustainable climate action plan services to the government authority located in Morrisville, NC.– Developing practical policies focused on both organizational and community–wide sustainability.– Preparing climate, sustainability, and resilience strategies and actions for municipal governments and their communities.– Identify and promote community sustainability opportunities within town facilities and for town policy and procedure.– Conducting a comprehensive, whole–systems analysis of the current plans mapped above to determine synergy and collaboration opportunities.– Community engagement and outreach.– Create online surveys or portal to gather feedback from the public on community priorities. This should include the design and implementation of the survey or portal, as well as a summary report of the survey results.– Conduct a climate vulnerability assessment to determine climate risks and potential climate changes that are and could impact the community and town operations to inform adaptation and resiliency strategies.– Create a holistic and unified Plan vision with supporting goals based on analysis, public outreach themes or principles, including alignment with local, regional, and state initiatives.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
