Document defining the vehicle's investment strategy: target startup profile, investment stages, expected return logic, impact criteria, and differentiation by jurisdiction and ecosystem maturity level.– Financial model and instrument operating costs. Excel model projecting capital disbursement and recovery flows by instrument and by scenario (pessimistic, base, optimistic), simulating the capital recycling effect and estimating the fund's recovery multiple.– Contractual templates. Template contracts in Spanish for each selected instrument, featuring a modular architecture for expansion to the program's jurisdictions.– Due diligence process and eligibility matrix.
