(1) Vendor needs to provide restroom design services to the government authority located in Santa Clarita, CA. • Removal of existing buildings• Replacement building to house restrooms, maintenance storage and utility room• ADA and California State accessibility• Interior and exterior lighting• Utility upgrades• ADA pathways• Landscaping and Irrigation• Such documents shall include Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and other associated drawings as necessary and shall be in accordance with accepted professional standards to clearly describe all aspects of the project.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 09, 2026.
