EXTRA-75882 - USA (Vernal, Utah) - Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Master Plan Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parks, recreation and community facilities master plan services to the government authority located in Vernal, UT.– Master plan to become its primary long–range planning document for recreation assets, infrastructure, maintenance, capital improvements, future development, public investment, tourism opportunities, and future grant funding.– Coordinate throughout the project with district staff, county, participating municipalities and communities, and other appropriate stakeholders.– Perform extensive site analysis of the recreation center, parks, undeveloped recreation property, and associated recreation facilities.– Evaluate signage and wayfinding needs.– Develop infrastructure information in a format that can support future planning, budgeting, maintenance, and capital project development.– Develop GIS–supported maps and asset inventories for parks, facilities, utilities, and other relevant recreation assets.– Develop and implement a public engagement plan that reaches residents throughout the district.– Evaluate tourism and economic development opportunities associated with parks and recreation investments.– Develop recommendations that balance community needs, infrastructure conditions, operations, maintenance, accessibility, and available resources.– Demographic and recreation trend analysis.– Prioritized capital improvement program with planning–level cost estimates.– Tourism and economic development considerations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
