Description
The selected contractor will develop approximately 4-8 sidewalk art stencils. The contractor will then be responsible for securing PBOT permit, adjacent occupant notification, and implementing sidewalk art using these stencils at 20-45 locations identified by city staff. It is anticipated that most locations will be in the Eliot, Powellhurst-Gilbert, and Hazelwood neighborhoods. $170,000 is the total amount we intend to make available. Individual contracts will be significantly less, below $50K, per PM.
