(1) Vendor needs to provide physician associate studies clinical placement service to the government authority located in Oxford, OH. • Provide educational quality, placement reliability, learner support, safety, and compliance for in–person experiences, not simply placement.• Deliver a minimum of 120 verified educational hours per participant.• Provide a robust learning experience with defined objectives, planned activities, appropriate supervision, and feedback. • Match participants to suitable clinical environments, specialties, and preceptors.• Provide a clear process for onboarding, scheduling, attendance, issue resolution, and completed documentation. • Demonstrate the capacity to identify new preceptors and locations near the university. • Provide transparent, itemized pricing and clearly identify services or costs not included.• Provide transparent policies on rotation cancellation and timeframe. • Support affiliation agreements with providers who have privileges at local healthcare facilities. • Ensure preceptor license verification.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
