(1) Vendor needs to provide outdoor advertising management services.– Create and manage agency revenue–generating billboard advertising inventory.– Provide the agency with management of its inventory related to billboard and other outdoor structures.– Manage and maintain the licensing of various types of advertising signs, structures, billboards and displays within the agency rights of way, as well as on terminals, buildings, property and other agency– Maximize the use of agency assets space at the highest possible rates.– Include a review of current Outdoor advertising displays and explore potential options for modification, upgrades, or replacements to enhance revenue opportunities.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
