(1) Vendor needs to provide ambassador services. – The successful contractor will primarily act as a facilitator for human resource management functions such as union negotiations, providing benefits, drug testing, training, payroll, providing uniforms and uniform cleaning (including dry cleaning of Ambassadors shirts, annual one–time cleaning of cold weather jackets), and the hiring of a Manager(s) as needed/requested.– Job Description of Ambassador Manager• Highest ranking member of the team who bears the ultimate responsibility of the mission execution.• The Manager, through the management team, will ensure that the Ambassadors are properly scheduled, deployed trained, equipped, briefed, uniformed and are adhering to program objectives.• The Manager will be the department’s liaison with local, county, state and federal public sector and social service agencies while also remaining highly visible and available to tourism district stakeholders.• The Manager will be required, from time to time, to speak to, present to, and engage with various social service, community and public sector associations and organizations on behalf of the agency and SID.• The Manager is ultimately responsible for seeing that tourism district issues reported by Ambassadors are reported to the proper agency/stakeholder.• Act as Liaison between agency and contractor(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
