(1) Vendor needs to provide printer maintenance services to the government authority located in Syracuse, NY.– Provide maintenance and service on various types of office printing, scanning and fax equipment.– Provide scheduled preventative maintenance, including the proactive replacement of manufacturer–recommended wear components and consumable maintenance items.– Additional repairs, outside of preventative maintenance calls, will be requested on an as needed basis.– Responsible for providing meter readings for all networked equipment.– Must have a customer service representative available during regular business hours for any scheduling or issues that arise.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29,2026.
