(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management support services to the government authority located in Avon, CO.– Provide construction management support and quality assurance services for capital improvement projects.– Providing project oversight, quality–assurance site visits, documentation, reporting, coordination, and assistance with project closeout.– Construction projects, including municipal facilities, recreation facilities, transportation improvements, utilities, parks, and other capital improvements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
