RENTAL-2830 - USA (Wisconsin) - Bookstore and Textbook Rental Services - Deadline November 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bookstore and textbook rental services to the government authority located in Wisconsin.1. Inventory stock:– The contractor shall employ industry best practices to minimize stock shortages, out–of–stock conditions, delayed fulfilment, and excessive backorders. The contractor shall actively monitor sales trends, course adoption information, enrolment data, historical demand, seasonal needs, and event–related demand to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.2. Licensed merchandise, workers rights, and prohibition of sweatshop labor:– All merchandise and materials bearing or otherwise using university logos, seals, wordmarks, names, symbols, slogans, or other protected University indicia shall be produced by a manufacturer or supplier that is properly registered, licensed, and approved through the university’s licensing program. 3. Marketing, social media and digital accounts:– The contractor shall support university–approved marketing, promotional, and campus engagement activities related to the university bookstore and textbook rental services. – The contractor’s use of the university’s name, logos, trademarks, images, and other university identifiers in bookstore marketing, websites, social media, digital communications, and event promotions shall comply with applicable university branding, trademark, licensing, communications, and accessibility requirements.4. Digital course material services:– The contractor shall demonstrate expertise in digital course material delivery and support.– Provide learning management system integration capabilities.– Support Canvas integration.– Support inclusive access and equitable access implementation.5. Textbook rental program administration:– The contractor shall facilitate the sourcing, ordering, receiving, processing, barcode/item–level tracking, inventory control, check–out/check–in, delinquent material management, reporting, reconciliation, and other administrative functions necessary to operate the textbook rental program.(2) A site–visit will be held on November 04, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
