The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections (Procuring Agency) will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) until 1:00 p.m. MT on October 5, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system from licensed architects/engineers for the Infrastructure Assessment and Design for Placement of Medical Trailers at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution (Torrington, WY), the Wyoming State Penitentiary (Rawlins, WY) and the Wyoming Women's Center (Lusk, WY). Project Description: The scope of work includes design of comprehensive site assessments, sealed bid plans, technical specifications, and construction administration services for three (3) state correctional facilities in order to prepare each facility’s infrastructure to receive, maneuver, and operate mobile MRI Medical Trailers at designated locations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Questions: All questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on September 23, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective proposers via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on Sepember 28, 2026. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. on September 23, 2026, will not be addressed. Note: All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document.
