Vendor needs to provide courier services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.1. Chain–of–custody:– Maintain end–to–end control and tracking of all deliveries.– Obtain required signatures at each location.– Maintain signature–based chain–of–custody receipt from origin to destination.2. Handling requirements:– Mail shall not be stored at the contractor's facility or remain with the driver overnight.– Any undelivered mail must be returned to main office the same day.3. On–time performance:– Contractor shall achieve a minimum 95% on–time performance for all pickups and deliveries.4. Estimated daily workload:– Estimated 6.5 hours of service per day.– Average of seven mail pouches per day (one per location), plus parcels/boxes.5. Sensitive materials:– For pay–checks, pay statements, and other time/financially sensitive materials, obtain a signature from staff at each delivery point.– Return undelivered and unsigned items to agency on the same day.
