(1) Vendor needs to provide media digitization service. • Agency seeking to digitize the existing physical media collection into a digital format for archiving, training, and outreach.• Assistance to digitize existing film reels from prior filming projects at the site, DVDs, and VHS/Super VHS/BetaMax tapes for archives and outreach.• Transfer the following legacy media to digital files• The files shall be 6.5k HDR ProRes 4444, as raw HDR equivalent or higher, and consistent with industry standards for transfer, resolution, sound quality, and compatibility.• File type and resolution must be approved by COR prior to digitalization.• Provide two hard drives for the contractor to store the digitized media files at completion of the contract.
