Vendor needs to provide documentation training services to the government authority located in Virgin Islands.– Training shall strengthen the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of emergency medical services documentation. Course content shall be tailored to the operational needs, documentation practices, and reporting requirements of FIRE/EMS• Consult with designated Fire/EMS personnel to identify documentation challenges, training needs, and priority topics.• Develop customized course content, presentations, exercises, and supporting materials.• Conduct four full days of live, instructor–led training at designated locations • Address proper documentation of patient assessments, treatments, interventions, refusals, non–transports, and patient outcomes.• Provide guidance on preparing clear, objective, accurate, and complete patient care narratives.• Review common documentation errors and strategies for improving the quality and timely completion of electronic patient care reports.• Include practical examples, case scenarios, and opportunities for participant questions and discussion.
