(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities and real estate division support services to the government authority located in Mississippi.• Sale, trade, transfer, acquisition, and other disposition or conveyance activities;• Out–granting (out–leasing) and in–granting (in–leasing) of real property;• Enhanced Use Leasing and other authorized real property utilization strategies;• Public–private partnerships and infrastructure investment analyses;• Real estate market research, feasibility studies, valuation, appraisal, brokerage, and transaction support;• Title research, surveys, legal descriptions, mapping, and other due diligence support; and• Support for unquiet or highly technical assists for which conventional commercial markets may not exist.• Asist with development and delivery of real estate training for Agency Real Estate Contracting Officers and Realty Specialists, and other personnel involved in real estate acquisition, management, leasing and disposal activities.• Provide brokerage services to establish or expand markets for unique Federal assets, including specialized assets such as launch pads, where conventional market channels may be limited.
