(1) Vendor needs to provide domestic violence services to the government authority located in Brighton, CO.• Provide group counselling on a fee–per–group basis, with a minimum of two participants per group. Groups should provide all or a combination of the following:• Identify goals leading to economic self–sufficiency and work to reduce and eliminate reliance on government assistance.• Provide child safety, dating, relationship safety planning and parenting workshops and information to TANF eligible families.• Provide safety and domestic violence counselling to children at the same time the adult group takes place if possible.• Provide group counselling for children on a fee–per–group basis, with a minimum of two participants per group.• Provide free legal advice and connection to free legal services.• Can connect eligible clients to community mental health providers or offer mental health services within the domestic violence program.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
