General work description: The Sacramento County Community Services Agency, Department of Transportation, requests Proposals from prospective consulting firms for the following: a) The design of a culvert extension at Strong Ranch Slough just east of Fulton Avenue along the north side of Arden Way. The work shall include preparation of plans, technical specifications, and estimates (PS&E) in accordance with Sacramento County design and construction details. b) Geotechnical services to support the design of the culvert extension. c) Consultant services to perform an independent check of the plans, technical specifications, and estimate for the design of the culvert extension. d) Bidding and construction support
