(1) Vendor needs to provide class–a commercial driver’s license training services to the government authority located in Bellingham, WA. – Tuition for a agency Approved Class–A CDL Training Course– Books– Supplies– Materials– Class–A CDL Learners Permit Written Exam Prep Training– Pre–trip Walk Around Truck and Trailer Inspection Training– Final Written Exam and CDL Driver Skills Test Prep Training– Fifth Wheel Tractor Trailer Training– Manual Transmission Endorsement Training– Combination Training– Air–Brakes Training– Tanker Endorsement Training – Minimum 160 training hours– Daily training schedule to consist of 8–hours per day, 5–days per week (Monday–Friday) for atotal of 4 consecutive weeks (160 hours).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
