(1) Vendor needs to provide water treatment plant supervisory control and data acquisition system replacement services.– Update and replace all hardware and software associated with the supervisory control and data acquisition system for the water treatment plant.– Current scada system application and functions:– Software application is national instruments lookout 6.7 running on Windows 7 OS and is not compatible with newer versions of Windows OS.– This software monitors turbidity for raw water, filter 2, and filter 3, as well as the chlorine from the Clearwell and both analysers at the water tower and the flow from the master meter.– Current hardware for monitoring.– Replacement scada hardware and software:– Contractor is to provide transmitters and receivers, monitors and sensors, all other associated hardware, desktop computer with ethernet port capable of operating all needed software, computer monitor, keyboard and mouse, speakers, software, and any other components required to have a fully operational and monitored supervisory control and data acquisition system.– Training and tech support:– The contractor will also provide technical support for one year after installation of the system.(2) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.
