(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services for local road safety plan (LSRP to the government authority located in Camarillo, CA.         – Provide professional engineering services to update the local road safety plan as further described.– Evaluate roadway characteristics and risk factors associated with collision trends, including but not limited to vehicle speeds, lane configurations, crossing distances, lighting conditions, transit access, school proximity, bicycle network gaps, and multimodal conflict areas.– Prepare mapping and datasets to include collision mapping, High Injury Network layers, Level of Traffic Stress mapping, and proposed improvement locations.– The program encourages jurisdictions to analyze collision data, identify high–risk roadway locations, and develop targeted safety countermeasures aimed at reducing traffic–related fatalities and serious injuries, while also improving bicycle and pedestrian safety and connectivity.– High injury network mapping.– GIS integration and data deliverables.– Level of traffic stress (LTS) analysis– Systemic safety analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
