Vendor needs to provide childhood clinic–based program services to the government authority located in New York.• Provide evidence–based mental health services to children aged 0–6 in county.• Diagnostic evaluations, including the ability to make provisional autism diagnoses, for children aged 0–6• Child–centered play therapy (CCPT) along with additional evidence–based therapies for children aged 0–6• Curriculum–based group and individual parent training programs for parents of children aged 0–6• The contractor must establish a clinic–based program specializing in addressing behavioral health concerns (including diagnosis and treatment) of children ages 0–6, including their caregivers and families in the treatment as developmentally appropriate.• Maintain appropriate staffing levels, ensure culturally responsive service delivery, and demonstrate • The capacity to collaborate with pediatric, educational, and social service systems to support comprehensive, coordinated care for young children and their caregivers.• This evidence‑based curriculum provides caregivers with practical strategies to strengthen positive parenting practices, build nurturing routines, and support children’s social‑emotional development within a collaborative group setting.• Parent‑Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence‑based intervention that strengthens the caregiver– child relationship and builds effective behavior‑management skills through live coaching and real–time feedback.
