(1) Vendor needs to provide moving services to the government authority located in Georgia.– Loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and equipment from a moving truck.– Carefully wrapping fragile items or items that can be easily damaged with blankets and shrink wrap.– Creating and maintaining an inventory of items and boxes being moved.– Transporting items to the new location.– Placing furniture, equipment, and boxes in designated rooms at the new location. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
