Janitorial Services for Various City Buildings

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors for the cleaning and maintaining of City buildings located throughout the City. The City reserves the right to add or delete buildings/spaces to the contract. Changes may only be made in writing and must be approved mutually by an authorized agent of each party.
