(1) Vendor needs to provide concourse testing and special inspections service to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – Provide material testing and special inspections. – Consultant shall work directly with Port Construction Management (CM), inspectors, and contractors to establish a schedule for contracted services based on project schedule.– Conduct services within 24 hours of notification from the agency.• Tasks:– Testing, inspection, and investigative services.– Materials sampling and analysis services.– On–site observations, meetings, and quality control.– Rush work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.
