CONS-22624 - USA (Beaufort, New Jersey) - Pedestrian Walkway and Bridge Project Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pedestrian walkway and bridge project services includes engineering and design, permitting, site preparation, construction to the government authority located in Beaufort, NJ. A. Engineering & Design– Perform field verification of existing site conditions.– Prepare all structural, civil, and electrical design necessary for construction.– The Design–Builder shall utilize appropriately licensed and qualified design professionals registered in the State of South Carolina to perform all engineering and design services required for the Project. B. Pedestrian Bridge– Provide and install a pedestrian bridge meeting the following minimum requirements:– Approximately 40–foot span.– Minimum width of approximately 8 feet.– Designed for pedestrian use only.– Not designed for vehicular or utility vehicle traffic.C. Lighting– Walkway lighting on both sides of the bridge.– Low–level bridge or handrail lighting.– LED fixtures.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 5, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
