INSU-6489 - USA (New Jersey) - Employee Health and Benefits Insurance Consultant and Broker Services - Deadline October 8,2026

Vendor needs to provide employee health and benefits insurance consultant and broker services to the government authority located in New Jersey. – Provide the agency with Broker and Consulting Services regarding Employee Health and Benefit Plans and Insurance, including medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, employee assistance, short term disability, long term disability, life insurance, and other group–based employer sponsored and voluntary employee benefit plans.• Review and analyse claims experience, claim services, and claims administration to ensure maximum benefit to the agency.• Determine and recommend the most cost–efficient funding methods for benefit programs.• Prepare bid specifications and solicit proposals, as needed, from insurance markets that specialize in group insurance plans.• Evaluate bids and bidders, including administration, coverage, claim payment procedures, customer service, networks, reserve establishment policies and financial solvency.• Provide the agency with in–depth analysis of proposed alternatives and assist with the process of selecting the most favourable annual renewal options.• Act as advisor on issues such as COBRA, HIPAA, Medicare, FMLA, Wellness programs, etc.
