CONS-21524 - USA (West Jordan, Utah) - Building Plan Review and Inspection Services - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide building plan review and inspection services to the government authority located in West Jordan, UT. – Work regarding the above referenced codes and ordinances involves responsibility for plan review, inspecting of residential and commercial buildings, solar, and other structures in regard to conformity with code requirements technical standards.– Work may include complaint investigations, hazardous building inspections and assistance with the prosecution of building code and hazardous building violations.– The consultant must have sufficient staff to complete a plan review within 10 business days of submittal and provide inspection services within 48 hours of the request.– Construction plans for compliance with model building codes adopted.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
