The work in general consists of: replacing asphalt concrete surfacing (digouts), performing full depth (15") Reclamation (5% cement), placing hot mix asphalt overlay, drainage culverts, and the placement of pavement striping along Ostrom Road in Yuba County. Other such items or details not mentioned above that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer, shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed.
