(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial destination service. – Provide development partner to create a high–quality, mixed–use commercial destination that will promote economic development, expand the city's tax base, and provide new opportunities for residents and visitors.– Development is envisioned to include a nationally recognized hotel, a table–service restaurant, a walkable town center, specialty retail establishments, and complementary commercial uses.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 27, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
