The City of Lloydminster is seeking Proposals from qualified Vendors to deliver a Mobile Warming Station Program that provides temporary overnight shelter and support services to unhoused and vulnerable residents during extreme cold weather conditions. The project is intended to: • Reduce the occurrence of cold weather injury and death. • Reduce reliance on emergency services. • Minimize social disorder.
