DRA-10960 - USA (Washington, DC) - RFI for National Longitudinal Surveys Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide national longitudinal surveys (NLS) services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Services will include the management, data security, instrument design and testing, data collection, processing and documentation.– Identify ways to increase vendor participation.– Manage the contract in an efficient manner that fosters communication with contractor staff.– Advise the NLS program on survey content, methodology, and design issues. They may be asked to provide written feedback on content and regularly attend design meetings conducted in–person or virtually.– Maintain a secure file transfer protocol (FTP) site for the easy transfer of data and documentation between contractors.– Records management.– Management conference calls.– Stakeholder input and outreach.– Promotion of the use of data.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
