FIRE-1803 - USA (Cape May Court House, New Jersey) - Fire Related Alarm Systems Furnish and Deliver Service - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire related alarm systems furnish and deliver service to the government authority located in Cape May Court House, NJ.– FIRE/INTRUSION ALARM SYSTEMS: The Contractor shall inspect all systems once percontract year at the discretion of the Director of Facilities and Services or her/his assignedrepresentative (within 30 days of request), except for the four (4) facilities listed in the AlarmLocations Table lines 68 – 71, which are to be serviced Quarterly.– Maintenance and Inspection shall include but are not limited to the following: adjust, examine, and clean all smoke detectors; check zone circuits at associated panels for proper resistance andpossible grounds; check controls and alarm circuits; check battery condition and batterycharging circuits; check intrusion alarm systems; and check all indicating devices in eachbuilding for proper operation.– Fire Alarm Systems: Preventative Maintenance: Fire and/or Fire/Intrusion 67 Systems 1X Per Year– Fire Alarm Systems: Preventative Maintenance: 4 Systems 4X (quarterly) Per Year Alarms Location Table lines 67– 71(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026
