(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL. – Property operations:• Daily management of property operations.• Vendor and contractor oversight.• Preventive maintenance programs.• Emergency response coordination.• Capital improvement recommendations.• Provide damage assessments.– Leasing and marketing:• Student–focused marketing and advertising.• Occupancy reporting.• Roster reconciliation.– Resident services:• Resident communications.• Work–order management.• Move–in and move–out inspections.• Community programming and resident engagement.– Provide qualified property management in the following areas: • Academic quality student success, accreditation support.• Institutional stability, peer engagement, and strategic partnerships.• Crisis preparedness, communications, and institutional risk management and resilience.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
