(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership development program service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.• Provide a program designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of administrators and managers across the organization by equipping them with the essential skills, behaviors, and mindsets needed to guide teams effectively.• Cohesive leadership development framework to ensure alignment between the mission, purpose, guiding principles, and operational model with the strategic direction of the department.• Assign qualified and experienced facilitators and executive coaches to deliver Program components.• Provide all instructional materials, assessments, licenses, workbooks, and supporting resources required for participants.• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all workshops, coaching sessions, and assessment administration.• Maintain professional standards consistent with the five practices of exemplary leadership® framework and applicable industry best practices.• Protect the confidentiality of participant assessment results and coaching conversations.• Communicate regularly with the project lead regarding scheduling, progress, and any issues that may affect Program(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 14, 2026.
